Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Effective May 31, 2021, Craig Foster, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Specialty Chemicals of CSW Industrials, Inc. (the “Company”), ceased employment with the Company. In connection with Mr. Foster’s departure, the Company has entered into a customary written severance agreement with Mr. Foster, the terms of which are consistent with the Company’s publicly disclosed Executive Change in Control and Severance Benefit Plan.
